Viewing and customizing your scheduled reports and documents
You can check your subscriptions and scheduled deliveries using the
My Subscriptions page, which lists each report and document to which you
are subscribed. You can click the icon next to the report or document
name to view the most recent results. Each row of the subscriptions list
indicates whether the report or document is personalized with your prompt
responses, and its schedule or the event triggering execution. The scheduled
deliveries also list the email address, file location, or printer to which
the message will be sent.
You can also create personal views of dashboards, documents, and reports.
The personal view includes every change that you made to the dashboard,
document, or report since you opened it, such as filtering, pivoting,
and answering prompts. For a complete description of personal views, including
all the changes that are saved, see Saving
a personal view of a dashboard, document, or report. You can view
and customize a personal view like a subscription.
You can also share links to objects, by emailing the link URL, copying
