Viewing Intelligent Cubes in your History List folder
Once you schedule an Intelligent Cube to be sent to the History List,
you can view the results of the subscription in the History List.
Intelligent Cube results do not remain in the History List indefinitely.
The number of results that each user can have in the History List and
the length of time they remain there are defined by your MicroStrategy
To view an Intelligent Cube stored in your History List
||Click the MicroStrategy
at the upper left of any page and select History
List. The History List folder is displayed, with a list of
dashboards, documents, reports, and Intelligent Cubes that have been
added to the History List. The status of each Intelligent Cube is
listed in the Status column,
||Ready: The execution of the
Intelligent Cube is complete. Click the link to see the results.
||Waiting in Queue: The Intelligent
Cube has not yet executed. It is executed when all objects ahead
of it in the queue are completed or removed.
||Error: The Intelligent Cube
execution process returned an error or was invalid. Click the
link to see the error page. If the Intelligent Cube can still
execute successfully, you may see the wait page while it executes.
can click the Refresh my History
List icon to update all current statuses.
||You can sort items in the History
List by Name, Status, or Message Creation Time. Click the sort triangle
in either the Name, Status, or Message
Creation Time column headings. The dashboards, documents, reports,
and Intelligent Cubes in the History List are sorted according to
the selected column heading. Click again to reverse the sort order.
||To view the details of an Intelligent
Cube, click the Details icon
in the row that contains the Intelligent Cube whose details you want
to view. The Details page opens, with information such as the owner
of the Intelligent Cube, the date the Intelligent Cube was sent to
the History List, and so on.
||To rename Intelligent Cube results,
select the Rename icon for the results you want to rename,
then type a new name in the field. Click the Apply
||To remove Intelligent Cube results,
select the check box for each link you want to remove and click Remove. You can remove all dashboard,
document, report, or Intelligent Cube results from the History List
by clicking the Clear my History
