Introduction to Attributes, Metrics, and Groups

A dossier is an interactive display that you can create to showcase and explore business data. The main focus of a dossier is the visualizations, which are visual representations of your data. You can create new attributes and metrics based on existing objects, to present your data in different ways. These new objects are referred to as derived attributes and metrics. See Introduction to Derived Metrics and Introduction to Derived Attributes for more information. You can customize your data by grouping multiple attribute elements into a single group.
